From Belem Tower we walked along the river toward the Monument to the Discoveries. We picked a spot and sat down and ate our breakfast while watching the boats and ships.

It was so nice to just sit and enjoy the views. Plus, the pastel de nata was delicious.

There was a regatta starting and we watched the boats line up.

Another view of Jeronimos Monastery.

Tiled sidewalk in the park.
The King's Palace. However, he's rarely here because he likes to surf.

The guards are always on duty and they switch positions every so often.

We are heading over to the Ponte 25 de Abril bridge. There's a glass cube next to the bridge called P7.

The elevator was out of order, so we had to climb 375 steps up. It was really loud from the traffic. The view looking down wasn't very scary.
View from the top.

View of what the cube was like.
See Part 3 for the XL Factory and Time Out Market.
