We continued onto a cashew factory. Honestly, I would have said skip it, but it ended up being very interesting. Plus, we got a lot of free samples.

That little thing at the bottom is the cashew nut. It's really hard to get them out without breaking the cashew. They actually remove them by hand. Now I understand why they are so expensive.

Our route so far.

The next stop was Old Town. This place was so pretty.

There were so many cute little shops and restaurants. It was overwhelming, not knowing what to look at first.

We walked to a food court type place and had lunch. This is where I got mine from.

It was delicious.

We walked and shopped some more.

Scooters are everywhere. It's the vehicle of choice for most because they are so much cheaper. When you buy a car in Thailand, the taxes are basically the same as the car cost.

There was a crepe stand that has won a Michelin star. They were good.

After this we went to a gem factory. I will skip you the details. I wish we would have stayed in Old Town. The pressure to buy was so intense, we walked out.

Of course, we headed back to Bangela Road.
