Todos Santos - 6 Mar 2024 Part 4

Todos Santos was halfway between our resort and La Paz, so I thought we would just stop for a few minutes. I am so glad we did. This place was terrific. Very colorful, eclectic and just a great vibe. Plus, the Hotel California is there!

Everywhere you looked were beautiful flowers, colorful flags and lights. I was glad Jamie was driving because there was so much to see.

First stop was the Hotel California. Yes, that song was in my head the whole time we were there.

Behind the Hotel California is the coolest courtyard (see picture below). I would have loved to have a drink and enjoy it longer, but my nieces were getting tired.

Aubrey really wanted elote, so we chased this guy down. It was my first time trying it. I will eat it again.

Walking around was so much fun. So many cool little shops and squares to explore.

We did some shopping and laughing. Had some ice cream and played with a stray dog.

Then we headed back to the resort. It was about an hour drive, but the views were amazing. Just don't forget to watch for the speed humps, they come out of nowhere and are serious.

We saw this interesting lighthouse.

Just like in Aruba the contrast of cacti and ocean, is so striking to me.

We made it back and all fought to have the first shower. It was a fantastic day.
